1. It Replaces Three Old Forms
The new card consolidates:
- Immigration Arrival Card → Personal & Travel Details
- Electronic Customs Declaration (e-CD) → Baggage & Goods Declaration

2. Who Must Submit?

3. Submission Timing: The 72-Hour Rule
- Submit no earlier than 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled arrival time in Indonesia Time (WIB/WITA/WIT).

First: Enter Travel Details

- Full name, passport number, date of birth,
- Arrival and departure dates,

- Yes/No on goods exceeding USD $500 or cash over IDR 100 million.
- IMEI Registration:
- Declare phones, tablets, or laptops bought abroad if you’ll use them with an Indonesian SIM card.
Finally: Review and Save Your QR Code
- Double-check all fields—especially customs answers.
- Enter a valid email to receive your confirmation.

1. Duty-Free and Declaration Limits
- Goods: You may bring in up to USD $500 worth of goods duty-free. However, you must declare any amount that exceeds this limit.
- Alcohol & Tobacco (if 21+):
- 1 liter of alcoholic beverages,
- 200 cigarettes or 25 cigars.
- Exceeding? Declare and pay duty.
- Cash: Declare if carrying IDR 100 million or more (or equivalent)
2. IMEI Registration for Devices
- Required for mobile devices purchased abroad if you’ll use them with an Indonesian network for more than 90 days.
- If device value > USD $500: You’ll pay 40% import tax on the amount over $500 at customs.
- If not declared: Your device may be blocked from local networks after 90 days.
