At FlyClearly, we stand behind the quality of our document review and travel guidance services. If you’re not satisfied with our support, we’re happy to help.
Important: Our service does not submit, process, or guarantee approval of any government travel document (including arrival cards). All submissions are made by you directly through official government portals.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment and will be evaluated based on the following:
✅ Full refund eligible if:
- You have not received your document review from us,
- We failed to deliver your review within the promised timeframe (e.g., 24 hours),
- There was a technical error on our part.
❌ Refunds are NOT eligible if:
- You’ve already received your reviewed document,
- Your government form was approved, denied, or delayed (this is outside our control),
- You submitted incorrect information to us or to the government,
- More than 30 days have passed since payment.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at care@flyclearly.com with:
- Your order reference,
- Reason for refund request.
We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days and notify you of our decision.
Processing Refunds.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process it.
Final Not
FlyClearly does not issue, approve, or influence government decisions regarding travel documents. Our service is limited to reviewing your self-prepared drafts for common errors and clarity. Refunds are based solely on our performance—not government outcomes.
