Cambodia e-Arrival Card (CeA)
The Cambodia e-Arrival Card (CeA) — also referred to simply as “Cambodia e-Arrival” or “Cambodia Arrival Card” in its digital form — is an online registration system introduced by Cambodian authorities to simplify the entry process for international travellers.
Since 1 July 2024, the CeA replaced the traditional paper-based arrival forms (immigration, customs, and health declaration forms) for most visitors arriving by air.
Travellers are required to submit the CeA online — via the official website (https://arrival.gov.kh) or through the official mobile app (called “Cambodia e-Arrival”) — ideally within 7 days prior to their arrival.
The digital form collects essential personal, passport, travel, accommodation, customs and health information, which is submitted directly to Cambodian border officials to support immigration, customs and health control.
Filling out the CeA in advance helps ensure a faster and more convenient entry experience — reducing wait times at immigration and simplifying arrival procedures for tourists, business visitors, or people visiting family or friends.
Whether you plan to explore the temples of Angkor Wat, enjoy the vibrant streets of Phnom Penh or the relaxed atmosphere of Sihanoukville — completing the Cambodia e-Arrival Card online before you travel is now an essential step.
